j'espère que vous avez passé un excellent week-end (à scrapper?)
Ce mois ci, nous avons envoyé à chacune des membres de la DT un accroche-porte/signet de porte (on m'a suggéré plein de noms en français..  même door hanger lol) à altérer. Cela fait partie des nombreux articles à altérer que nous avons en ligne au Craft Barn. J'adore voir ce que font les filles quand on leur envoie à toutes un même article. Elles ont tellement un style différent que l'on a toujours des surprises.

JUNE EXTRAVAGANZA

Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th June

OMG!!! We have just released the fantastic line up of demonstrators that we have for you this time and it is our most amazing line up ever!!! What can I say, we have 23 absolutely outstanding demonstrators from the US, Canada, France and the UK. There is definitely something for everyone, I just know you will be blown away and inspired by the wonderful projects and techniques that will be on show.

As always the demonstrations are FREE & run continuously throughout both days, we are able to attract these wonderful demonstrators and run this event free of charge because of the support you give us over the weekend at the demos and at The Craft Barn shop and we are very grateful to you all.

As always there will also be a programme of one hour mini workshops upstairs in the studio at The Craft Barn. Places on the workshops cost £4 and we will be releasing details of these shortly.

This year we have hired three halls in Lingfield to accommodate the demonstrations. We want to do our best to ensure you get great views and the chance to spend time with each person.

The amazing (I know I keep saying amazing but wait till you see the full list!!!) line up includes:

and lots, lots more very talented crafters .

I am very,very excited now I just can't wait for June and I have a big grin on my face. Ian on the other hand is sitting in the corner shaking his head and groaning because he knows how much work is coming his way over the next few weeks. (Good job I didn't tell him I bought another 500 hooks for the shop recently otherwise he'd probably be howling at the moon now!)

Purple this week. To me, it's one of the hardest colour to work with, but several of our DT members love purple, so it was not hard to get the samples ;)
Anyway, whether you enjoy working in purple or struggle with it, I do hope those will inspire you.

Colour your day Wednesday: yellow

hello !
March 3rd already and I bet you guys in England have crocuses and daffodils blooming everywhere. This is one of the things I do miss from England/France: those early splashes of colour telling you that spring is on the way... Here, in Canada, it's still white, white and white as we got more snow last week. So to make up for the missing yellow daffodils, I thought yellow would be today's colour. Not the easiest colour to work with... but so pretty. Here's the lovely DT samples, all dressed in yellow for you. Thanks for popping by

Nous sommes déjà le 3 mars ?? J'imagine que vous êtes déjà entourées de crocus et jonquilles là où vous êtes. C'est loin d'être le cas ici au Canada où tout est toujours blanc, blanc et blanc puisque nous avons eu de la neige à nouveau la semaine dernière. Donc, pour compenser, j'ai pensé qu'un peu de jaune serait le bienvenu.. jaune comme les jonquilles... Voici les superbes réas de notre DT, toutes habillées de jaune. Merci d'être passées.
