Simply Saturday

Hi,
Last post but one (the last one being the challenge tomorrow) for this Tim Holtz week. We hope you have enjoyed it as much as we did preparing it for you.
Tim Holtz products can be used for Clean and simple projects as shown here with  Gay's beautiful projects.
She made a lovely, subtle card as a first card, using embossing folders and gold leaf... isn't that pretty?

To make this card, Gay used:
Tim Holtz Texture fade, bingo and patchwork
Distress inks spun sugar, shabby shutters, crushed olive and peeled paint
Glue Gel to support raised areas.

The second card has got a more masculine feel to it..

To make this card, Gay used:
Sizzix die TH weathered clock
Translucent Shrink plastic
The waste from the middle of the clock that was on Shrink plastic, I've mounted behind the shrunken clock, it gives you some idea how small shrink goes, :0)

Thank you Gay.
Please let us know what you think in a comment below
It means a lot.

See you tomorrow for the challenge?
