A post on Sunday? yup... as we have the lovely Zuzu joining us this month, she's got the Sunday's spot :)
And Zuzu has a goooooooorgeous project to share with you today...
Here's how she made it...
The wooden arch was sprayed with the Cosmic Shimmer mist.
The image was glued into place then texture paste was applied on the edges.
The texture was coloured with Alcohol InkS then embossing crystals applied.
Using glossy accents in the grooves of the texture I created little puddles and sprinkled beads into them.
I glued on the metal embellishments and then allowed the piece to dry.
Once dry, I used Rub n Buff to highlight raised areas of the texture paste and the edges of the arch.
I put dots of stickles glitter glue in random areas and also used the stickles to accent the dragonfly.
Finally I used chalk inks to colour the calendar page before sticking it in to place.
Materials:
Cosmic Shimmer mister (ocean sunlight)
Alcohol inks (Stream, faded denim, eggplant)
Cosmic shimmer Ultra Thick embossing crystals (lapis jade and gold lustre)
Rub'n Buff gold
Stickles glitter glue (crystal)
So what do you think?
Beautiful? gorgeous? stunning?
Can't wait to read your comments, and I'm sure Zuzu will appreciate them too.
See you tomorrow

Absolutely stunning work. Thanks for sharing.
