A touch of Clean and Simple with Gay today for this fashion week, with not only a stylish card but a fantastic Art Journal page. Just love the clean lines on there, which is not something you often see in Art Journaling.

The stamps are just the right size to fit on an A6 card, I loved the dress because it so easy to cut out a new outfit to fit the mood of your card!
Both my dresses (on this card and the AJ page) are backgrounds made from a mask and stamping.
My trees were hand drawn then stamped on, inked and coloured. I then cut each one out to put them on the page.
The chap's clothes are stamped onto copy paper coloured with Copic markers, cut out and again adhered to the page.
His head I cut from a magazine, I'm not sure who he is!!!
The message is from Johnny Cash's song, 'I walk the line' which apparently is about his commitment to keeping his excesses under control because of his love for his lady.

See you tomorrow

Now Gaye's sort of journal pages I like very much and love the way she did this one. Love the C&S card too and that is a fab stamp. As Gaye using paper piecing you can change the dress everytime.
