How are you liking our week so far? 
Here's another lovely sample by Karen, which shows you how those little houses can be layered. Have you noticed the details on the windows? No? Look closer.... 
Can you see now? 
Another sample which would be idea in a kid's room or a adult sea fanatic alike.

I have used a 5x7inch canvas to make a picture...

I used acrylics for the background and then doodled with a black Promarker. 

All the images I used were stamped with black Memento and coloured with Promarkers. 

I used Glossy Accents on the doors & windows and the post and lifesaving ring. 

Lots of cutting out followed and then I used PVA to glue the pieces onto the canvas.

1 stamp 6 ways - Gio

hi,
We are going 3D today with a very unusual card .... Another way to make a beautiful sample from our upcycle queen Gio :D
Take an empty clear tape roll, a Hobby Art Harbour Scene It set and some Crafty Individual papers

and you get.... 

This time I upcycled an empty clear tape roll to make a 3D card.

I cut two strip of paper from Crafty Individuals background book 6 (Seaside), same height as my roll and I glued them to the side. I cut a circle same size of the roll and I covered with metal foil then I painted with Vintaj Patina kit: Antique Window and Ranger alcohol inks. I glued to the round roll. I stamped a row of little houses with Hobby Art Clear Stamps: Harbour Scene-it and two little boat on a piece of white cardstock using Ranger Archival Ink pad: Jet Black. I coloured them with Distress inks and cut them out. I glued the row of house to the back of the roll, I cut two little opening on the blue circle and I slid in the two boat. I glued some Frantage mica fragments: Pearlized to the bottom of the roll, and I added 4 glass beads. 

I stamped the sentiment using CI-256 - Handy sentiments with Ranger Archival Ink pad: Jet Black.

Hi, 
This week we are back with a ONE STAMP 6 WAYS inspiration. Sandy asked the DT to have a play with the Hobby Art Harbour Scene-it stamp plate to show you different ways to use those stamps. 

You have already seen how Gio used it on her H page for the challenge.... 

And you will be surprised at what our talented team came up with... all very different. 

To start this week, Michelle has made this Art Journal page, which makes me think that, this, once framed,  would be perfect for a little boy's bedroom, don't you agree?
Here's how Michelle made her page.

I first drew the sailor. 

All other images are stamped images from the Hobby Art Harbour set. 

I found a matching quote that I printed out from the computer. 

I water coloured the page with Distress inks and added some black stain from the Yorkshire Evening Post set by IndigoBlu.
