Mini week: Paris on canvases

Gio is starting this new week which will be all about mini... 
Tiny... small.. teeny... work from your favourite DT....

I played with three different colours of PerfectPearl mist, scribbling with them , letting drop the ink and just spraying them on the mini canvases. (remember to dry with the heat gun between each layer, to avoid the muddy effect).

Then I covered the canvas with Viva Decor Cracle paste and a mask. Once dry, I highlighted the crackle effect with Perfect Pearls Copper using a little brush. At this stage I decided to add more colours: I sprayed the canvas with Cosmic Shimmer Mister: Teal Wash, Lava Red and Sunlight Mist. I then glued some pieces of old page book using Claudine Hellmuth Multimedium Matte. I coloured them with several colours of Distress Inks

I coloured five chipboard letters from Tando Creative: Alphas Sheet with some gesso and Aged Mahogany Distress Ink.

I stamped some images on a piece of white cardstock using CI-260 and PaperArtsy HP 1007 and I cut them out. I glued them to the minicanvases along with some images from Crafty Individuals images - Time and the Tando chipboard letters.
