Design a Christmas Jumper - Neil Walker

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all well and looking
forward to the festivities, not
long now!!

This week we asked the DT to
Design a Christmas Jumper
as this year there has been a lot
regarding Christmas knitwear!
I couldn't wear a jumper for five minutes
with my hot flushes!  Ha ha!

So starting with Neil.....

Neil says -

A fun simple festive card. I've kept mine
simple but I think it could be a fun project
to get children decorating cards for
 friends and family.

Begin by drawing a jumper onto a card blank.

Line up the Stencil into the centre of the jumper.

Add festive colour using Festive Berries
 Distress ink.
Line up the pattern and fill in the rest of
 the jumper as needed.

Cut out the jumper and edge with ink.

Add some festive bling with Liquid Pearls.

To finish, raid your button box for tiny buttons
and glue in place.

The finished card.

What a fun card and as Neil said, a great
project for the kids to get involved with!

This is what Neil used -

6 x 6 Cards and Envelopes
Tim Holtz Layered Stencil - Holiday Knit
Distress Ink - Festive Berries
Liquid Pearl - Ruby
Liquid Pearl - Platinum
Liquid Pearl - Ivy Green
From Stash - Mini buttons

So that is our first Christmas Jumper,
see you tomorrow for the next....
