A new page on Michelle's beautiful calendar this week. Michelle used the Dreamweaver stencil candles with the Dreamweaver black embossing paste. Very effective and classy for this vintage page.
To make the candle page for my calendar I used some patterned paper which I 'aged' with TH Distress inks then cut a labels 5 die in white card and drew round the die and cut out from black card as a mount.
I inked the white die piece with TH Distress inks, Old Paper, Frayed Burlap and Vintage Photo then taped the Spellbinders die in position with low tack masking tape, I then swiped over the black Dreamweaver paste, removed the stencil, and left the candle image to dry.
When it was dry, I mounted the die cut onto the black matt and adhered it to the page with sticky foam pads.
After inking up the calendar sheet and embellishing with black gems, January's page was done!
