Hi, 
A beautfiul gift/calendar today with Helen Chilton. 
I like making those calendars and send them as xmas card/new year's cards as they are kept all year instead of just a few weeks. 
Helen has used the Distress re inkers to alter her bisque tile, which is very effective. 
What do you think?

Stamp the collage using StazOn Jet Black onto the bisque coaster, masking where necessary. 

Rub over some Weathered Wood, Stormy Sky and Seedless Preserves Distress reinkers - the bisque soaks it up so it will appear paler than normal. Add details with Distress Markers. Add the embellishments, cutting the legs off the brads so you can stick them to the surface. Cut out some felt for the back. Staple the ribbon loop to the felt, attach calendar and then stick felt to coaster using a tacky glue.

Note: By attaching the hangy bits (ribbon, wire etc) to the felt you get round the problem of not being able to drill through the tiles.
