Another hand made stunning sample today with Isa'sArt who used the Sizzix Candy drawers to create this 24 drawers vintage advent calendar.
Isa used some recycled cardboard (from yogurt packaging) and the Townscape On the Edge Tim Hotz dies to cut her houses
She also used the Cargo numbers and acetate to create herself a stencil
Using that acetate stencil, she applied the Inka Gold paste to create the 2012
She traced the numbers with a brown Aquamarker, and then added some gesso for the snow.
Here's the top of the calendar finished
She then used the Candy Drawers Sizzix die to make her drawers
24 cuts later....
Assemble.. add some book paper, buttons, ribbon and tag and you have yourself a stunning Advent calendar
