Circle week - Isa'sArt

hello, 
Flower today.. yup, circles are ideal to create your customs flowers, and this is exactly what Isa'sArt did when she made this beautiful tag I am showing you today. Layered scalloped flowers... a lovely touch of glitter et voilà

I have not made any flowers for a while, so I decided to go for a Lollipop one with scalloped circles. 

Just cut several sizes, glue them on top of each other (or attach them with a brad) and add your glitter. 

Very easy, yet very effective.

Just added a little button in the centre for the final touch
