A touch of metal - Di

Hi,
A special Halloween project from our guest Designer Di Oliver who used the Rectangular Panel Frame along with Halloween elements to make a beautiful Halloween display.
How gorgeous is this ?? Can't wait to read your comments.

Have a play with Cosmic Shimmer sprays and embossing powders and this is what you get...

Take one of the framed layers of the Rectangular Panel Frame and lay it over the back of the frame but don’t glue it down.
Arrange a selection of Tando Halloween pieces within the frame and carefully glue in to place.
Take away the framed layer and set aside.
Spray the base panel and all the base pieces with Cosmic Shimmer Bronze Blush
Glue the 3 framed layers together.
Once the base panel is completely dry gently stroke some embossing ink around the surface of parts of the raised parts, emboss with Cosmic Shimmer UTEC Lapis Black
Using some Treasure silver, pick up some highlights around the raised parts.
Paint the glued framed layers with black acrylic.
Randomly stroke some embossing ink over the surface and emboss with Bronze Lustre and then Lapis Black.  Then repeat again using UTEE.  Make it patchy so there are areas of plain black paint still showing.  The heated areas don’t need to be completely smooth.

Di used:
Chipboard letters to fit the frame
Treasure Gold: Silver

See you tomorrow
