Simply Saturday's with one of my cards this week. Good job my hubby does not read this blog :-)
Very simple, quick and easy card, yet effective thanks to the layering and the contrasting colours.
Give it a try if you can, and don't forget to show us ;)
Hope you enjoyed this Valentine's week and our samples brought a lot of inspirations for the projects for your loved ones this year.
Cut a 5x10" (13x26 cm) white card and fold it in half.
Paint with PaperArtsy Fresco Finish Brown Shed paint.
Repeat on a separate piece of card
Stamp on of the heart from CI-342 on the card and twice on the spare card.
Cut out the hearts from the spare card.
I stamped the heart on the card as this design is so intricate that it would be very difficult to cut out.
By stamping it first, and gluing the "easier-to-cut" heart on top, you still see the detailed designs without having to cut it out.
Glue the hearts onto the card. The white one with glue, the red one with 3D foam squares.
Add a touch of Glossy Accents on the little heart to make it stand out.
The "love" is a stamp from CI-256
Materials
