Share a Recipe - Neil Walker

Hi everyone,

How are you all??
It's nearly the weekend again and
we have snow on the way apparently?
Wonder if it will happen?

So what are we doing this week, well,
we said to the DT.....share a favourite
recipe!  Wasn't quite sure what we
would get back!  Ha ha!!
We are starting with Neil who says....

I thought I'd share one of my favourite recipes
with you today. This always takes me back
to childhood Christmases and other special
occasions when my mother would make
batch after batch of these treats.

We are lucky enough to have a South African
shop in the town where we live so I can get
Tennis Biscuits. If not, you can substitute with
something like Malted or Coconut cookies.

Stamp an A4 piece of card with the cover a
card stamp and coffee ink; randomly
 blocking to create a pattern.

Add further layers of interest using the
same ink and the splatter stamps to fill the page

Use the Mask and Ground Espresso Distress
Ink to create a border around the page.

Add a couple of painted and inked flowers
along with some copper wire spirals to
the bottom left corner.

Ink a couple of jars from Tando Creative,
some string and add to the page.

Write out your recipe in black pen and you
are good to go. Kitchen here we come........

Wow this is lovely Neil, I've never heard of
Tennis biscuits before!
Think you need to make some for me!
Like this recipe though......

This is what Neil used -

From Stash
Chipboard Jars, string and copper wire

I wonder what Dawn is going to
show us?
We'll find out tomorrow!
