Oil pastels and Halloween week - Isa

hello :)
ohhhh, Halloween inspiration today ... and some fabulous work and technique from Isa'sArt. 
Isa used the same technique as Gio, only with a paint base and several colours on top instead of all black. 
The dripping technique is also something you will see on Gay's card on Saturday. This looks really cool for Halloween projects me think... 

Start by painting the background with different colours of paint

Then, cover with several colours of pastels

Take a scratch tool and a stencil to take some of the top layer off

Then heat up your pastel stick, holding it at the top of your tag and let it run to get the drips

And here's the finished tag. Isn't it cute ?? 

in a Halloween kinda way? lol
