Jingle Bells

Jingle Bells

Hi Everyone!

Fasten your seat belts -
we're with Angela Radford
today.  Let's see what she
has for us ............

"Hi all. I'm here today to show you a
Christmas card I've made.

Now I'm sure you are like me and have
left-over background papers which are just
 too good to waste.

Well you may remember that I made
these for the Bokeh project and as usual
there was some left over so decided
to use it to make a Christmas card.

If you need to see this technique again
 you can find it here:

I started by cutting two pieces of the
 background paper and stamping the
Woodware Sketchy Baubles.
These are just so sweet!

Dab a small amount of Stickles Glitter glue
on the baubles and allow to dry

When these are completely dry apply
 Glossy Acents to glaze.

The next stage was to cut out the baubles
and the small circles and attach them to
the other piece of background paper.

Do not attach the largest bauble yet.

I also ran black stickels glitter glue down
the cord, around the bow to make them
stand out and edged the card too.

At this stage I attached the two
die cut elements. I cut one in black to
give a shadow and one in silver.

Now is the time to add the large bauble
so that it shows towards the front of the design.

Finally I stamped a sentiment from the
 Woodware Vintage Christmas Words
and layered this onto black card
 and attached it.

Coloured gems complete the design.

Happy crafting everyone,

Angela xXx"

I knew there was a good reason to
make sheets of background papers!
Thank you for a lovely card Angela

Now anyone out there like me?  I
make the background master board,
use what I need to at the time and
then put the remainder away in a
safe place................

........this afternoon I shall mostly
be looking for the safe place.....

'Till tomorrow

Mickie xx
